Abstract

back", and puts forward targeted implementation paths and optimization strategies. It aims to solve the contradiction between "unified stand
ards" and "individual differences" in traditional training, improve the physical performance of college basketball athletes, reduce the risk of
sports injuries, and provide practical reference for the reform of college basketball teaching and training.
