The Impact of Personalized Teaching Methods in Physical Education on Students' Interest in Sports
Abstract
"enhancing physical fitness" to "holistic education." However, the long-standing industrialized teaching model of "uniform pacing" has been
like a one-size-fits-all approach, not only ignoring the physiological and psychological differences among students but also inadvertently sti
fling their once vigorous interest in sports. This paper, grounded in the interdisciplinary perspective of educational psychology and physical
education theory, deeply analyzes how personalized teaching methods can transform students from passive "practitioners" into active "explor
ers" by precisely matching individual needs, reconstructing evaluation systems, and optimizing teaching contexts. Research indicates that
personalized teaching is not only a tactical means to enhance classroom participation but also a strategic cornerstone for cultivating lifelong
sports awareness. Through the synergistic effects of tiered objectives, gamified scenarios, and diversified evaluations, physical education can
effectively stimulate students intrinsic motivation, elevating sports interest from transient sensory stimulation to enduring psychological traits,
thereby providing robust theoretical support and practical guidance for the high-quality development of physical education in the new era.
