Abstract


As a landmark theoretical innovation of the Party in the new era, the "Two Combinations" illuminate the cultural foundations and
practical logic for adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of our times, providing fundamental guidance for the reform and
development of high school ideological and political education. Excellent traditional Chinese culture, embodying millennia of wisdom, con
tains abundant resources for such education, aligning perfectly with the core mission of "fostering virtue through education" in these courses.
The high school years are critical for shaping adolescents' worldview, outlook on life, and values. Integrating traditional culture into this edu
cation is both a concrete practice of the "Two Combinations" and an inevitable choice for addressing pedagogical challenges, enhancing effec
tiveness, and preserving cultural heritage.
