Enhancing ideological and political education teachers' approachability is key to improving teaching effectiveness. Based on com
munication behavior theory, this paper analyzes its logic and paths, identifies current dilemmas, and proposes strategies to reconstruct ration
ality, return to life-world and build consensus.
