Based on the Perspective of Warm "Home" Culture: Exploring the Innovative Path of Administrative Trade Union Services in Colleges and Universities
Abstract
trade unions in campus culture construction and family care support for faculty and staff. The research results show that the needs of faculty
and staff in the institution show significant diversity, which is reflected in the strong demand to relieve professional pressure through diversi
fied cultural activities, and the urgent expectation of support in children's education, marriage and family and other fields. Based on the above
findings, this article puts forward suggestions such as building a demand monitoring mechanism, building a two-way communication plat
form, innovating cultural service carriers, and strengthening the literacy of trade union cadres. Promoting the transformation of trade union
organizations to a more humanistic structure with the help of the warm-oriented "family culture", we can effectively improve the sense of or
ganizational belonging and subjective happiness of faculty and staff, and then build consensus and gather momentum to promote harmony and
stability within colleges and universities and achieve high-quality sustainable development.
