Practice and Innovation Exploration of Art Education Management in China and Kazakhstan

Abstract


With the deepening of globalization, cultural exchanges and integration have become an important part of promoting mutual under
standing and cooperation between countries, and art education management, as a key field of cultural exchanges, is becoming more and more
important. The article takes China and Kazakhstan as the research object. By comparing the current situation of art education management in
the two countries, it analyzes the challenges they face in terms of policy system, educational resources and teacher capabilities; and proposes
innovative paths such as improving the policy system, optimizing resource allocation, and strengthening teacher training, with a view to pro
viding a useful reference for the development of art education management in the two countries.
