Dilemmas and Solutions for the Exertion of Political Functions of Party Branches of University Teachers
Abstract
sity teachers have become a key fulcrum connecting college governance, teacher development and the fundamental task of fostering virtue
through education. This paper conducts an analysis from the perspectives of theoretical orientation,practical requirements,practical problems,
underlying causes and solving paths. It points out that the superficial integration of topics, weak organizational operation and loose respon
sibility transformation directly hinder the conversion of political functions into governance efficiency. Accordingly, solutions such as topic
linkage, rhythm adjustment and efficiency calibration are proposed, aiming to enhance the leading capacity of Party branches of university
teachers in curriculum construction, academic norms, teacher morality cultivation and team cooperation.
