Xinyi Ke, Ningnuo Xiao, Yuhan Qiu

Abstract

Against the backdrop of rural revitalization and the integration of culture and tourism, the revitalization and transmission of intangible cultural heritage have become critical issues. As a municipal-level intangible cultural heritage project, the traditional hair-styling
craft of Fuzhou's "Three Hairpins" faces practical challenges such as a generational gap in transmission, insufficient dissemination, and a
lack of product diversity. This paper takes the "Three Hairpins" ICH revitalization project developed by our team as its research subject
to explore effective pathways for university students to empower the innovative development of ICH. It constructs a practical framework
across five dimensionscultural exploration, scenario integration, cultural and creative R&D, digital dissemination, and university-community collaborationto provide a reference for the dynamic transmission of local ICH and mutual empowerment between ICH preservation and university education.
