Based on Four-Dimensional Spiritual Culture: Constructing and Implementing a Student Management System for Higher Vocational Students
Abstract

and correlation analyses of a sample of 400 students indicate that the cultural dimensions positively influence both behavioral and academic
performance. The findings demonstrate that embedding value-oriented practices enhances student engagement, promotes compliance, and improves learning outcomes, providing a replicable framework for holistic student development in vocational education.
