Research on Practical Approaches to Enhancing College Students' English Application Competence in the Context of Professional Accreditation
Abstract
Normal University as participants, adopting a semester-long teaching experiment conducted from June 2025 to January 2026. By integrating
Task-Based Language Teaching with intercultural communication theory, a cyclical mechanism of "objective optimizationmethodological
innovationassessment reform" was developed. The study utilized SPSS 26.0 software to conduct paired samples t-tests and independent
samples t-tests on final exam scores and questionnaire data. Results indicated: The experimental class showed significant improvement in
overall English proficiency. The research demonstrates that reverse curriculum design based on professional accreditation standards can effectively support the attainment of graduation requirements, providing an operable practical paradigm for college English teaching reform.
