The Impact of Teacher Turnover on Educational Equity
Abstract
development. In the context of the new era, ensuring educational equity and promoting high-quality educational development have become
the core orientation of educational development. However, the problem of teacher attrition in the education sector is becoming increasingly
prominent, particularly in rural areas, severely hindering the realization of educational equity. Teacher attrition not only leads to an uneven
distribution of educational resources, further widening the urban-rural educational gap, but also severely impacts the quality of rural education
and students' future development. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze the various factors contributing to educational inequality, thoroughly
examine the impact of teacher attrition on educational equity, and propose corresponding countermeasures and recommendations, with the
hope of contributing wisdom and strength to the advancement of educational equity.
