Research on the Enhancement of Rural Teachers' Digital Literacy from the Perspective of TOE Theory
Abstract
framework for systematic organization. This research, based on the TOE theoretical framework, analyzes the current predicaments in enhancing the digital literacy of rural teachers from three dimensions: technology, environment, and organization. The influencing factors are integrated into three aspects: technology, organization, and environment. Based on this, corresponding solutions are proposed.
