Research on the Enhancement of Rural Teachers' Digital Literacy from the Perspective of TOE Theory

Dongxue Hou, Liuxing Liu

Abstract

In the context of the rapid development of digital education, the digital literacy of rural teachers has become an essential requirement for education in the new era. Previous studies mostly analyzed the influencing factors from scattered perspectives, lacking a complete
framework for systematic organization. This research, based on the TOE theoretical framework, analyzes the current predicaments in enhancing the digital literacy of rural teachers from three dimensions: technology, environment, and organization. The influencing factors are integrated into three aspects: technology, organization, and environment. Based on this, corresponding solutions are proposed.
