Promoting High-Quality and Balanced Development of Compulsory Education in Ethnic Regions through Characteristic Schooling Practices

Abstract


Distinctive educational practices possess characteristics such as historical nature, movement, hierarchy, and directionality, and have
significant values in promoting educational equity, inheriting traditional culture, and enhancing educational quality. However, in the actual
practice of distinctive educational approaches, there are still issues such as insufficient focus, formalism, and rigid models. This study explores the value of distinctive educational practices for the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education in ethnic areas
from both policy and theoretical perspectives, analyzes the current status and problems of distinctive educational practices, and proposes a
distinctive educational path with the value goals of school culture construction, curriculum design reform, and student orientation, in order to
promote the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education in ethnic areas.
