Research on the Practical Path of "Integration of Teaching, Learning, and Doing" in School Physical Education from the Perspective of "Life-Practice" Education
Abstract
and students' daily life, as well as the over-emphasis on skill training and neglect of practical education. Based on Tao Xingzhi's educational thought and "Life-Practice" education theory, this research constructs a practical model of "integration of teaching, learning, and doing"
for school physical education from three dimensions: integrating life-oriented sports scenarios, designing practice-based teaching processes, and establishing a six-competencies evaluation system. The results show that this model connects theoretical teaching with real-life
application, improves students' physical literacy, and provides a feasible path for the integration of "Life-Practice" education into school
physical education.
