Research on Ideological and Political Education, Professionalism and Medical Ethics Cultivation of Medical Students

Abstract

Medical students will be the heirs of medical and health institutions. Ideological and political qualities, professional spirit and medical ethics are directly related to the quality of medical services, to the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, and to highquality development of health undertakings. In line with the strategic requirements of building a healthy China and the direction of medical
education reform, this paper studies the main contents of ideological and political education, professionalism and medical ethics cultivation
for medical students from three aspects: value guidance, professional adaptation and practice integration; at the same time, it explores the
whole process of practical approaches, such as curriculum system reconstruction, practice platform construction, cultural infiltration empowerment, evaluation mechanism innovation and collaborative education, to create a trinity cultivation of "ideological and political casting soul,
professional shaping and medical ethics moistening heart".
