Industry-Oriented Construction Path of Higher Vocational Brewing Technology Specialty Under the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin City Economic Circle Educational Collaboration Framework: Evidence from Yibin Vocational and Technical College

Abstract

Based on the national strategy of building the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle, and in line with the high-quality
development needs of the wine industry in Sichuan and Chongqing regions, this paper takes the wine technology major of Yibin Vocational
and Technical College as a research case, and analyzes the current practical problems existing in the cross-regional industry-academia integration, resource collaboration, and mutual recognition of talent standards of the higher vocational wine technology major. And put forward the
industry-oriented professional construction optimization path. The study shows that each region should establish a cross-departmental schoolenterprise linkage platform to promote the sharing and co-construction of educational resources, and form a unified regional talent evaluation
standard, so as to improve the adaptability of higher vocational wine major, provide high-quality talents for regional development, and help
build a world-class high-quality liquor industry cluster in Chengdu-Chongqing region.
