Construction of Incentive and Management Mechanisms for Peer Mutual Aid under the Guidance of Ecosystem Theory

Abstract

With the increasing complexity of educational and social collaboration systems, peer mutual aid has become an important mechanism for improving collective learning efficiency and social adaptability. However, existing peer mutual aid systems often suffer from weak
sustainability, insufficient incentive structures, and fragmented management mechanisms. Guided by ecosystem theory, this study explores
the construction of incentive and management mechanisms for peer mutual aid from a systemic and dynamic interaction perspective. The research analyzes the structural characteristics of peer mutual aid ecosystems, identifies key actors and their functional roles, and examines the
dynamic balance between motivation, participation, and governance. The findings indicate that an ecosystem-based framework can effectively
enhance participation continuity, improve mutual support efficiency, and strengthen system stability. The study further proposes a structured
mechanism including multi-level incentives, dynamic feedback regulation, and collaborative governance models. This paper provides theoretical support and practical pathways for optimizing peer mutual aid systems in educational and organizational contexts.
