Data Governance Problems and Optimization Paths in the Informatization Construction of Education Management in Colleges and Universities

Hongshuang Shi, Chuanjin Ma*

Abstract

With the continuous advancement of informatization construction in university education management, data has become an important foundation for improving management efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting decision making. However, in the
current process of data governance, universities still face problems such as inconsistent data standards, obvious departmental information
barriers, and imperfect mechanisms for data security and privacy protection, which restrict the improvement of informatization in education
management. From the perspective of data governance, this paper analyzes the main problems and causes in the informatization construction
of university education management, and proposes optimization paths such as improving top level design, building a data sharing platform,
strengthening security management, and enhancing personnel governance capacity, so as to provide reference for the informatization construction of university education management.
