Exploring New Directions in Education: Constructing a "One Core, Three Dimensions, Four Abilities" Talent Cultivation System for Administrative Management Majors at Local Universities
Abstract
talents, which offers a definite guideline for the reform of administrative management majors in the local universities. According to the principles of the combination of different fields, digitization and localization in the New Liberal Arts, this paper establishes a "One Main Point,
Three Aspects, Four Abilities" talent training scheme. The main aim of this scheme is to produce talents with a strong sense of public responsibility. It includes three aspects - knowledge instruction, practical exercises and cognitive improvement, to improve the abilities of the students in autonomous learning, practical operation, communication and expression as well as in critical and innovative thinking.
