Exploration and Practical Reflection on the Path of Universities Empowering High-quality Development of Regional Basic Education -- A Ten-Year Case Study Based on Southwest University's Service to Hainan Education
Abstract
optimizing the allocation of high-quality and balanced basic education resources has become a key focus supporting regional revitalization.
Taking the decade-long practice of Southwest University serving Hainan basic education from 2016 to 2026 as the research case, this paper
adopts the case study method to sort out its strategic evolution process from single-point breakthrough to group school-running, analyzes the
core practical path of "Cultural Casting Soul—Resource Leading—Collaborative Education, " and explores the supportive effect of universities' intellectual resources on basic education in underdeveloped areas. The research finds that Southwest University has established a cooperative model of "full-school-stage coverage, multi-dimensional support and community linkage, " achieved remarkable results in teacher
training, student development and school quality improvement, and formed a replicable "university + local" collaborative development paradigm for basic education. This study can provide practical references for universities to empower regional education balance and implement
national strategies in the new era.
