AIGC Empowering the Training of Personnel for Overseas Promotion of Jilin Province's Ice and Snow Tourism

Abstract

This paper takes the training of personnel for overseas promotion of Jilin Province's ice and snow tourism as the core research object. By leveraging the technical advantages of AIGC such as content generation, multilingual translation, and virtual training, it analyzes the
existing shortcomings and core dilemmas in local personnel training, and explores the unique value of AIGC technology in empowering talent
cultivation. At the same time, it constructs a "government-university-enterprise-research" collaborative training system suitable for the development of Jilin's ice and snow tourism, and proposes implementation paths such as curriculum optimization, practical empowerment, teacher
quality improvement, and diversified evaluation, aiming to comprehensively enhance the comprehensive literacy of overseas promotion personnel and facilitate the international dissemination of Jilin's ice and snow tourism culture and the high-quality development of the industry.
