Xi Xian

Abstract

With the continuous progress of society, the competitive focus of lifestyle brands has gradually shifted to brand loyalty, among
which MUJI's brand strategy centered on emotional design is particularly representative. It is worthy of in-depth discussion on how the three-layer theory of emotional design influences the formation mechanism of MUJI's brand loyalty and provides reference significance for similar
brands. This research adopts the questionnaire survey, comparative analysis, and semi-structured interviews to comprehensively analyze the
formation process of MUJI's brand loyalty, and conducts a systematic analysis combined with the three-layer theory of emotional design.
