Abstract

The digital era has restructured the overall landscape of cultural production, communication and reception. While it brings new
opportunities for consolidating the subjectivity of Chinese culture, it also poses practical challenges including fragmented cultural narratives, diluted values and intensified discursive games. Consolidating the subjectivity of Chinese culture in the digital era is not a simple act of
transplanting traditional culture onto digital platforms, but a systematic process of confirming cultural identity, translating cultural values and
reshaping cultural discourse power with digital-technology support. Its internal mechanism is mainly reflected in four dimensions. At the level
of cultural resource transformation, digital revitalization enables the contemporary continuity of the roots of fine Chinese culture. At the level
of subjective cognition, digital public spaces strengthen people's cultural self-awareness and identity recognition. At the level of value construction, algorithm governance and content innovation resist the erosion of cultural authenticity by capital logic. At the level of international
communication, digital narratives expand the civilizational expression space for Chinese culture. Clarifying these multi-layered functional
mechanisms helps grasp the operating laws for constructing cultural subjectivity under digital conditions, and provides theoretical references
for consolidating the subjectivity of the Chinese nation in the new era.
