Evaluation and Optimisation of the Effectiveness of Digital Communication of Cultural Heritage
Abstract
How to effectively assess the effect of digital communication and enhance the influence of cultural heritage by optimising the communication
path remains a complex problem that needs to be solved urgently. Starting from the theory of communication, this paper constructs a multidimensional evaluation framework, combines quantitative and qualitative analysis, discusses the current situation of digital communication of
cultural heritage and its problems, and puts forward optimization strategies to address the problems of the suitability of communication content, the choice of media, and the lack of audience interaction, including the construction of a diversified communication model, the deepening
of content creativity and technological integration, as well as the design of audience hierarchies and personalized paths. Through systematic
analyses and suggestions, we aim to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the future development of cultural heritage digital
communication.
