Abstract


Innovation is an inexhaustible driving force for national development and the foundation of national development. If there is a lack
of innovative talents, it will hinder the development of the industry and have a negative impact on the national economic system. In order to
avoid this situation, local universities need to combine the social background of new quality productivity, take specific professional education
as the object, and actively explore the cultivation path of innovative talents. Among various professional education, the cultivation of innovative talents in the pharmaceutical industry is particularly important, as it directly affects the development and progress of the pharmaceutical
industry. Based on this, this article will combine the background of new quality productivity, take the pharmaceutical major of local universities as the research object, and explore the significance and path of talent cultivation, aiming to improve the overall level of pharmaceutical
talent cultivation in local universities and make higher education more in line with the current social development trend.
