Exploring the "Navigation+" Interdisciplinary Talent Cultivation Model in the Context of New Engineering
Abstract
This paper analyzes the practical necessity of cultivating "Maritime+" professionals through the New Engineering Education framework's core
principles: cross-disciplinary integration, industry-education collaboration, and innovation-driven development. It identifies shortcomings in
current training models and proposes concrete pathways through four dimensions: curriculum restructuring, practical platform development,
faculty team building, and evaluation mechanism optimization. The study aims to provide maritime institutions with actionable references for
adapting to New Engineering Education requirements and delivering industry-ready interdisciplinary talents.
