Abstract


With the rapid development of society, the nursing profession has seen increasingly stringent requirements for its practitioners.
Beyond traditional professional competencies, nursing professionals 'humanistic literacy has emerged as a crucial benchmark for evaluating
comprehensive qualifications. This study explores the unique role of piano performance in cultivating humanistic qualities among nurses,
examining the relationship between musical artistry and nursing career development. Through analysis of psychological effects, emotional
expression, and cross-cultural communication in piano practice, the paper demonstrates how piano training effectively enhances nurses' communication skills, emotional resonance, and humanistic awarenessfactors that profoundly influence nursing practice.
