Optimization and Practice of Undergraduate Talents Training Mode of Maritime Management Based on Industry-Education Integration -- Taking Hainan Vocational University of Science and Technology as an Example
Abstract
sector faces growing demands for highly skilled professionals. Industry-education integration, as a pivotal approach to reforming vocational
undergraduate education, serves as a critical solution to address the disconnect between talent cultivation and industry needs. Taking the maritime administration undergraduate program at Hainan Vocational University of Science and Technology as a case study, this paper analyzes
the practical requirements for talent development under industry-education integration, identifies shortcomings in current training models, and
explores optimization strategies through five dimensions: goal restructuring, curriculum system optimization, practical platform development,
faculty team building, and evaluation mechanism improvement. The research provides actionable insights for enhancing the quality of maritime administration education in vocational undergraduate institutions.
