The Expressive Mechanism of Sound Symbols in Bai Niao Chao Feng for Ethnic Emotional Transmission
Abstract
Bai Niao Chao Feng uses complex systems of sound symbols to encode and transmit ethnic emotion. Drawing on ethnomusicology and film
semiotics, this review analyzes how timbre and melody construct cultural iconicity, trigger collective memory, and sustain ethnic feelings
across media. The study discusses how traditional music in film preserves and transforms ethnic emotional transmission.
