Abstract


In the digital and intelligent era, digital tools and AI provide new methods for preserving traditional craft ICH. Design connects
people, technology, and ICH crafts, renewing craft content and guiding public participation. This paper explores the evolving survival
modes of traditional craft ICH and design empowerment, identifies transmission challenges, analyzes craft types, and proposes feasible
preservation strategies.
