Ya Gao

Abstract

Against the dual backdrop of the deepening social transformation and the advancement of the popularization of higher education,
college students' psychological pressure presents diversified and complicated characteristics, and mental health problems show a trend of
younger age and diversification. This study adopts the literature research method to systematically sort out the development status, core dilem
mas and influencing factors of college students' mental health education. The research shows that self-cognitive bias, interpersonal relation
ship distress and other issues are the main manifestations of college students' mental health problems, whose formation is the result of the
synergistic effect of multiple factors at the individual, family, school and social levels. This study constructs a four-in-one optimization path
of "cultural infiltration - mechanism guarantee - team support - precise intervention", promoting the transformation of college students' mental
health education from problem-oriented to development-oriented, and providing theoretical support and practical paradigms for the all-round
development of college students.
